Reservation and Payment Information

Booking Confirmation:
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required.

Transportation Services:
Please note that the transportation is not include in the price. If you require transportation or a driver for the day, please contact us in advance, and I will provide the necessary arrangements.

Winery Tours:
Please note that admission fees for winery tours are not included in the service.There are no additional fees for the locations I recommend to my clients.

Customized Itineraries:
I offer flexible itineraries and can include visits to specific Champagne brands upon your request.

Lunch Arrangements:
Lunch is not included in the service. Should you wish for me to accompany you, you will be responsible for covering the cost.

Language of Tours:
Public tours at major Champagne houses (such as Moët, Clicquot, etc.) are conducted in English or French. For a tour in Portuguese, a private tour must be arranged. Please note, I will not be able to provide translation during public tours, as they are led by in-house guides. However, I can assist with translations during tours at smaller producers.

Discounts: 
Discount is available for bookings from three-day package.

Additional Time:
If you require additional time beyond the scheduled itinerary, I may be able to extend the service by up to 30 minutes at no extra charge. For extensions of one hour or more, a fee of €30 per hour will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a refund, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the scheduled tour date. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made after this period.

Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payments should be made via bank transfer.
